* Planning – Understanding the need and ensuring the scope and SOW is aligned.
* Setup & Configuration – Onsite work to configure and customer configure (PowerIQ included when purchased with Raritan of STI brand PDU’s)
* On going Operation, Admin and maintenance – Onsite hands on building customer settings
* Education – Hands on side-by-side session for users. (Different from classroom paid training services)
